CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Event Cancellations

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation.

  • If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive your cancellation request and review the eligibility based on the policy. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Event Cancellations by Us

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, you will be offered a choice between attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund. We will notify you via email about any changes to the event.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for late cancellations or changes in attendance. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Registrations

Registrations for certain events (such as those with limited availability or specific conditions) may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly mentioned during the registration process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@eventsite.com.

Refunds for Paid Add-ons

If you have paid for additional services (e.g., workshops, merchandise) as part of your event registration, those services may have different refund policies. Please check the terms related to each service.
